PREAMBLE

This document refers to all the mp3 files(*) accessible through links from the same web page were you found a link to this document, from now on called "the Songs".

*NOTE: unfortunately, at the moment these files have the ".mpg" extension. Nonetheless they are actually mp3 files, that is they are audio files in mp3 format. They had to be renamed for technical reasons.

COPYRIGHT

All the Songs have been composed, arranged, recorded, mixed and produced by Matteo Sisti Sette, known also with the pseudonym of Sixty-Seven, from now on called "the Author". They have been performed either by the Author or by a computer. So, the Author is the only owner of the copyrights on the Songs.

CONDITIONS

By downloading any of the Songs, or by accepting to receive a copy of any of the Songs from anyone and in any way, you agree to observe all the conditions stated in this document. Only with the explicit written permission of the Author may you do anything that is in contrast with these conditions; no other exceptions are allowed.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

• 1) Listen to any of the Songs in private.
• 2) Burn audio CDs containing any of the songs, ONLY for your personal use.
• 3) Make verbatim copies of any of the mp3 files preserving filenames, store them on any media (CDR's, DVD, zip, removable hard disks....) and give them to anybody, provided that you observe the following restriction: together with the files, you must include a link to the url where you found this document.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

• 1) Distribute the Songs in any other way than making verbatim copies of the mp3 files. You can't convert them to other file formats; you can't change the bitrate; you can't even rename the files (unless you keep them only for personal use).
• 2) Sell data or audio CDs or any other media containing copies of the Songs, without a written permission of the Author.
• 3) Make any commercial use of the Songs without a written permission of the Author. If you're willing to do anything with the Songs that may produce an income, you must first ask the Author for permission.
• 4) Put copies of the files on any site from which they can be downloaded via http, ftp or in any other way, or share them over the Internet via any file sharing systems. Instead, you are encouraged to put links in your sites to the official site of the Author.
• 5) Do anything that is not mentioned in the points 1 to 3 of the section "you are allowed to".
